Several months ago I received a card from First National Card and instructions on how to activate it. When I called I was told that I was eligible to receive a $8,500.00 limit. They told me to pay a $199.99 fee and I would receive a new card with the increased limit.
On April 23 First National Card debited $199.99 from my checking account. I haven't received any further information from them regarding my new card and membership status. Several times I've tried to call their customer service number[1-800-760-4045] with no success.
At this point I would like my money back!
