He came to my home to do a walk through before installing my security system. At that time he informed me that my husband had agreed to give him a $500 deposit. I told him if he had I would have $500 in my hand. He said that he would take a check. I said no way! He informed me that he needed to buy equipment for the job. Because my husband was really excited about the system I gave him $175 all I had in my wallet.
That night we decided to google National Imaging Services we found 2 reports of bad checks totaling almost $6000 and the previous review on yelp. I emailed James and voiced my concerns and told him he neede to call my husband right away. The next morning I dug some more usacomplaints.com a total of 7 one of which was a bad check he wrote for flowers for his wife. That was enough for me. I wrote him again informing him that we would not be doing business with him and that I wanted a refund. He emailed me back informing me that he WOULD be coming to my house on our set appointment and what a good job he WOULD do. I guess he thinks I have no control of my own home. I again informed he he would NOT be coming to my home and that I wanted a refund.
He wrote me back telling me he was a good person he said please don't let some review make my decision about what kind of person he is. Well today is day #8 still no refund (although I didn't figure there would be one). I guess we know what kind of person he is.
So, if you like being burned and you have too much money and you want to support the low lives of this world... Go ahead and do business with James Manry of National Imaging Services.
