Used Rennaisance for over sixth months... All this will do is get you more in debt. They didnt stop any collections calls as promised, didnt contact any creditors that I know of, gladly took monthly payments and never delivered on anything they said. They were nice on the phone until I told them I wanted to cancell!
I requested my money back and they said it would take over 41 days for a refund! 41 days has come and gone and I havent seen my money. They would only call back if I repeatedly called and left messages. Usually would receive a call back in about 3 days after my calls. They are still stringing me along though. Havent seen a dime back yet.
This company is just like the rest... Dont be fooled like me!
