I bought a 1997 Ford Explorer the terms of the contract calld for 36 months at 19.99 percent 3 years ago my credit score was above 650 the past 3 year. The contract is Notarized and Apostilled. The dealer made us sign 2 sets of papers in duplicates the lending company was Onyx Financial than 1 month later Capital one handed me a bill. Had I would of known Capital One was attemtping to finance my vehicle I would have walked out the door I have contacted various Attorney generals Virginia Minnesota and others wherever Capital One woul end a letter. I took the case to arbitration at the National Arbitration forum case # FA0604000697071 based in Minnesota
I filed acomplaint with the Better Business Bureau 05/22 12:20 pm pacific time and with the Customer Assistance Office of the Currency Comptroller 05/22 at 1:15 pm nobody wanted to deal with the issues regarding improper disclosure violations of Legal valid contracts.
