My wife and I pulled the credit score from Fico and Capital One is loading up fraudlent debt and failing to appear in arbitration. They claim she owes 2,564 on a 300.00 credit card that was cut up and sent back to them 5 plus years ago. The arbitration case number is MX0801002033012. I filed the case in January and thy refuse to go. I kept a photocopy of the cut up credit card. It is now 06.
