National Arbitration Forum Equifax Refusing to go to Arbitration

I have requested Equifax to report to Arbitration due to their insistence on corrupting Public Records that are Notarized and Apostilled the case # is MX0807002121610 Case Notarized and Apostilled. Equifax is in violation of the following treatys Helsiki Oslo and Warsaw Pact. They have refused despite the Helsiki Accord requiring them to attend Arbitration. The National Arbitration Forum sent a letter dated on 11/12 on 11/15 requesting fees for Equifax. I am not going to pay free money for Public agencys to continue to do the same thing disregard Treatys s no go.
