Refuses to go to arbitration 2 arbitration claim

I have filed 2 or 3 arbitration claims against equifax they refuse to goto arbitration to receive Notarized Apostilled documents. The Case # is FA0510000586885 National Arbitration Forum. I find it kind of funny that Data collection agencies cannot show the same zeal when filing arbitration claims against those who corrupt records. There should be a International database for companies who collect data and arbitration cases against them maybe they will show a little more attention to detail
