National Arbitration Forum refused Arbitration disconnected their Consumer legal affair phone

My wife and I recently filed a arbitration claim against Equifax. The Dockett case # is MX The affidavit is Notarized Apostilled National Arbitration Forum p.O. Box 50191 Minneapolis, Mn., 55405-0191 Phone# 1-800-474-2371. Equifax called twice at 1-888-588-0256 from their Consumer affairs legal department from ms. Munster as in the show the Munsters. I asked her twice if she would goto arbitration she refused and their legal department Equifax refuses to the document "agreement to arbitrate" document. I attempted to call the phone # 1-888-588-0256 and I learned it was disconnected the so called legal department??? Equifax refuses to accept responsibility for their wrong doing and inability to keep correct public documents despite having them Notarized Apostilled

These people are begging for a day in International court since they are engaged in Worldwide Public record activities
