Misleading & worthless

I was misled by this company also. I was told that i was recieving a platnium credit card with a 5,000 dollar limit. I paid the 49.00 fee and waited. What i recieved was a catalog of worthless junk that i dont want and cant use and was told i could order 5,000 dollars worth of this stuff. But you cant just order it, you got to have a down payment. I want my money back, this card is worthless.
