Claiming non payment of a loan over 18 months old

I am being threatened verbally on my office voice mail. I am being threatened with wage garnishment after asking SEVERAL times for anything they have in writing to prove I am the owner of this loan. I closed my account early last year due to unauthorized debits by this company - and others.
