5 plus years ago I had a 300.00 credit card. I cut it up and sent it back to them in 2002 they say now I owe 1976.00 I have disputed this information with Experian based in texas a English Common law state who has usury laws. I pulled my credit score and this caused damage to my credit report. I have brought this to Capital one only to get fraudlent collection calls. Capital One must be bankrupt to be doing this kind of stuff or hve serious financial problems
