Debit Relief USA
Debt Relief USA WILL TAKE YOUR $

I saw an advertisement on TV by Debt Relief USA and called the number 1-800-426-1086. I was referred to a representative by the name of Kent. He explained the program to me and how they would help me to get out of debt. He lead me to believe that once I started to make the payments they would contact the creditors within just a few months and work out a negotiation. I asked specifically once I was enrolled in the program and decided that I wanted out before they made any contact to my creditors would I get the money I paid to them refunded. He assured me that I would.

I was set up to pay $347.00 per month for 36 months, bank draft. I have paid for the past eight months $2734.00, and have not received any results.

After a couple of months I contacted Debit Relief at 866-461-0752 to ask when they would be contacting my creditors and was advised that I did not have enough in my set aside account. That is when I learned they would not contact anyone until they had all of their FEES PAID.
I was contacted in April by one of my creditors and I listened to what they had to offer. It was a great offer, told them I would have to think about it and call them back. I called Debit Relief at 866-461-0752, which is the client services number. Explained to the lady on the phone what they offered. She even said that it was a good offer. I asked her since I had turned the debt over to them could I withdraw the debt and settle it myself and she said that I could. That I would need to fax them a statement, and if I am not mistaken she even said that it would reduce my fees to Debt Relief and they could start to work faster on the creditor left. So I took the offer and sent a fax to Debit Relief that I withdrew one creditor.

I called back the next month to see if they have contacted the creditor I left with them. The lady I spoke with said that they had not I did not have enough in my set aside account. I explained to her that I withdrew one creditor and this would have reduced the fees. Said that she would have someone check on this.
I called yesterday and was advised that my fees would not reduce because I settled, it was their job. I argued that they had not done anything so therefore the fees should be adjusted. I was spoken to rudely. I then asked for the supervisor, I was transferred and got her voicemail, left message to call me and phone number. I called back a while later, same thing. I called back a third time and got the supervisor, Yolanda. I explained to her what had happened and she rudely told me that there would be not adjustment to my fees. I asked for her chain of command so I could complain further, and also the home office. Was advised they are the home office. I again asked for names and I also wanted to know their titles. She gave me her name first has supervisor and asked if I needed her to spell it, then she gave me the second name as the manager, and started spelling it. I let her know that she was a smart but. Then she gave me the third name as VP of client services. I asked for the rest of the chain of command and she said that is all I needed. I asked her if she was refusing, and she said no that is all I needed. I told her I wanted the names. She asked me if I needed anything further and I responded yes I did, I wanted the names. She hung up on me.

I call back and asked the one who answered the phone for the home office, and according to who answered the phone this is the home office.

I am starting to get the feeling that something is not right here.

I call 800-426-1086 and ask for the home office and they give me 800-431-1238. I called that number and was advised I needed to call client services 866-461-0752.
I then call 800-426-1086 and inquire about their services and I am transferred to Ryan and I get his ext # 4375. He starts to explain the program of Credit Exchange, not Debit Relief. I let him know that I am not interested in Credit Exchange. Call was ended. (???)

So where along the way I got the number 800-936-6618, they are located in CA and affiliated with the company in Texas.

I called 800-936-6618, there is no Ryan.
I called 800-431-1238, asked for Ryan ext# 4375, transferred and got his voicemail I called 800-426-1086; they could not transfer me to Ryan, but gave me the client services # 866-461-0752 to call for Ryan.

I called 800-936-6618, and asked for client services number and they gave me 214-461-0052, asked if they had a toll free number for the office in Texas, and was advised they are not affiliated with the company in Texas, they are a different company. But she did mention something about The Credit Exchange when she answered the phone.

I called 214-461-0052 several times and no answer.
I called 800-936-6618 back and asked the company Credit Exchange, and was transferred to Ryan and got his voicemail.

All the phone numbers lead to one company. Do not know why the one in CA would say they are not affiliated with the one in Texas. Smells like something STINKY.

Now today I have been served with a summons for a judgment. This company should take responsibility and do what they represent their selves to do. They represent their selves to help eliminate debt, but in my case my debit increased due to late fees and interest.
