Charging my account after told to stop

After not being able to access my account and having their customer service not be able to find my account at all, i had to have my bank stop payment to this company. But once the six month stop payment with my bank ended, they promtly have started charging me again, I still can not access my account with them, and once again, their customer service department is horrible, they still can't find my account to help me cancel this service. It is totally misleading, and fraudulant.
