Financial crisis ripoff

My name is Damien and I was ripped off by a company back in June. They deducted 99.95 and 59.95 out of my account. A woman originally called for my sister but took my info down.

I was a sucker to this and never recieved anything in the mail. I call and sometimes i do get the same guy picking up an for five times they claim to send something.

Well ever since then, i always get a busy sign. They ripped me off and I am going through a financial crisis. Since then i have never accepted another call over the phone fro ANY credit card company.
