I was alerted by my bank that I was overdrawn on my account by My Cash Guardian and I immediately called the 1-800 number provided. When i finally got an answer I was told they needed more info to be able to reverse the charges. I hung up with My Cash Guardian and called my bank to get these charges reversed. My bank got them taken care of, but when I called back to My Cash Guardian I was routed to another "call center" where I was told that I had not been charged a cent and that I could be approved for a fast cash loan with a little more information (name, address, s.S.#, etc.). I was outraged and threatened legal action to which they immediately hung up. Beware of these no good scammers.
