Please read fine print after i screw you

I have been a rush cardholder for the past seven months, earlier this year i was at a local atm in my hometown of columbus ms and the machine did not give me my money, i went to the bank in the hopes that i would be able to get my money back, but due to the fact that it was not a debit card from that bank, i was told to contact the bank where i got the debit card from, and since there is no physical bank that i could go to i had to fill out a error allegation form. I have spoken to many people in your company about this problem and at no time did anyone inform me that i had a time frame for filling out this paperwork. Now i am being told that i missed a 90 day deadline and that my allegation cannot be investigated or my hard earned money put back on my rush card.

So i am cancelling my rush card, i will use the power of the internet to inform everyone how dissatisfied i was with your company and with russell simmons who uses his name and face as the spokesman for this big rip off. And as an american i am extremely disappointed with the fact that with so many families losing jobs in this country that this company chooses to outsource and tries to hide it with fake names and fake accents.
