I bought a home in a month later Saxon Mortgage bought out my loan then a year later I refinanced thru a different lender and suddenly Saxon Mortgage is reporting on my credit bureau that my loan is in a Bankruptcy from 9. How is that possible if the loan didn't even exist in 2003?? I have contacted them several times and I continue to get the run around and one excuse after another. Now they are telling me they have done their part to correct the error but it still has not been fixed. Now I am in the process of filing disputes thru all 4 credit agency's. They are ruining peoples credit. How is this happening? I would gladly file a class action law suit against this company and I will NEVER do business with them ever again!
