Complaint / review text:
I got a call one evening telling me that I had a chance to have a 0% fixed APR visa/mastercard and all I had to pay was a one time membership fee of $221.95.
I had to talk to a supervisor about this transaction. She called me back a few minutes later and verified that I was getting a credit card and it was $2500 limit.
The company told me that I would have up to 1 week to make the funds in my checking account available for them to debit. I thought it was curious when they would not let me mail my money in.
Then they told me that the card would be in the mail within 7 days after they recieved my money and I would be able to use the $2500.00 credit line. I was suckered because I have bad credit that I want to rebuild. The money was taken from my account.
I had a bad feeling after the money came out of my account and when my statement came thier phone number was on it. I decided to look them up on the internet.
I tried to call their phone number (678-239-0133) and asked them when was this package going to arrive.
They told me it was taking longer than they expected and to give them 2 more weeks because they there backed up. I was curious than I immediately looked them up on the internet and found your website and felt really stupid.
I called my bank and did as you stated and my money was eventually refunded. Thanks for your help and I am smarter for it.
