Freedom Resources had promised me a MasterCard with a $2500 credit limit plus other discounted services. I paid a membership fee of $221.95, which they withdrew from my Checking Acct on Oct 3. I still have recieved nothing and when I call there so called customer service line, I get the same response, "We are backed up at this time and your membership package is still in processing."
Also, if you start asking question, like their location, what kind of business they are, they just hang up on me. So customer service is not friendly at all. I am still out $221.95.
I have contacted the GA Attorney General's Office and the Village of Woodstock, I'm not even sure if this company has a business license.
