I used Intelius to do a background check for my tenant. The check came back giving me a address report, confirming that the tenant had no record. After trying to evict the tenant, I did further investigation and found out that, not only was her credit horrible, but she had actually been evicted from 2 prior residences. This busness pays google to stay at the top of it's list. But they suck! After reading all of these complaints run!
