Intelius is a racket. I went into the website to request information on a phone number. According to Intelius the charge would be only $. 99 cents.intelius did provide the information but two weeks later I went into my bank account and Intelius had charged me $19.99 for additional subscriptions that I did not authorize. I want my money back.By the way Intelius has posted on their website several phone numbers that when you call a machine puts you on hold until you get tired of holding and hang up. I was on hold for one hour. The voice on the phone directs you to [email protected] but how will this help me.
