This unknown entity has somehow submitted an electronic to my account, showing only this phone number (which gets me nowhere except disconnected). There is no address or bank name on the reverse of the electronic check image, which my bank was kind enough to give me a copy of. But that is as far as my bank wants to go, stating I have to file a police report.
