All three of the above companies are somehow the same. They have all taken money out of my account without my authorization.
The first one I noticed was a check numbered 1001 posted to my account for $19.75. It was a very generic-looking check with my name typed in the signitaure line. They Payor was DCL-ENV, there was a number in the memo line esafe - 1-866-925-1969. I searched this number and found blogs from people who had this same this done to them.
The next was another generic-looking check 1002 but the payor was Three INC, same amount, same info in the memo line.
The most recent was an esafe ACH debit for $19.85 same number following the business name.
I have filed a report with the BBB and the FBI IC3. I am also looking into joining a class-action lawsuit against this company. They have cause me so much hassle, stress, time and money. Your bank can only help you so much, you need to go out on your own and file claims against them.
If this has happened to you, please, take action. DO NOT allow them to get away with this. If you can, close your account to cut them off at the source.
