I leased vehicle and was given a Wells Fargo Auto Finance to handle my lease. I made paymnents for 4 years and always on time.
When I was ready to turn in the car, I called them to make sure I understood all that was involved so as to avoid any hassles.
I turned the car in, they send me a letter with a $422.65 turn-In fee and $182.97 bill for damage. The car only had 19,000 miles and in mint condition. They never bother to check the car and two weeks later I get the bill. They never told me what was the damage.
They said if I turned the car in at a dealership I would have to pay a transportation fee. So I had to drive the car 45 mile to delivered it at their destination. The total of what I owe them is $605.62 and that this bill does not include unbilled for property tax.
At this rate, I'll be paying for the next year.
