I know it is probably my fault for not reading the "whole book' they sent me for a new credit card and a 0% interest on balance transfers.
So I transfer a balance from another card to take advantage of the "0%" interest rate for one year. Here is the catch, the charged me $289.50 to transfer that balance. So it really is not a 0% interest, at minimum it is a 3 percent balance transfer.
Of course going over the "book" they sent now I see it is buried way back on the last page. When I called customer service the first thing the girl says is did you read "ALL" of the paperwork we sent you?
The first page says 0% interest on balance transfers. This is mis-leading at best. Most people like me stopped right there. Again I know I didn't read fully but maybe they should put that info right under the "0% interest for one year" offer.
I will be closing all accounts with them and I told the customer service rep that and she said and I quote "OK anything else".
Not can I do anything else for you Mr... Just "Ok anything else"
