Our agency signed up for leads with www.quotesmyway.com in August. We never received any leads. I contacted "bryan" at quotesmyway and asked if he had sent any leads as we had not gotten any yet. Bryan said that they were new in our area and they were having difficulty obtaining leads. Bryan called me a few weeks later and said that they were no longer in business, and that they were purchased by another company. I told him i was not interested in the new company or his lead system. I mailed a letter canceling our contract.
4 months later, we get our AMEX statement, and there is a charge for $4200! Did I forget to mention that in the contract quotesmyway could only charge $400? That was the max. So, we contacted American Express to dispute. Greg Morgan, from Quotesmyway, sends (on the last day the company had to respond) a list of 350 leads. The leads are duplicates, fake... And, we never rec'd any! Remember? They went out of business?
We are having a hard time getting this charge off of our American Express statement as Greg Morgan states he is due the $. Greg Morgan has not returned any of our certified mail correspondence. The phone numbers do not work, the fax doesn't work. Greg Morgan has committed credit card fraud.
