Credit Line Increase Denied Three Times and Unused Cash Advance Charges

This so called credit company if a total rip off. I got one of their so called gold cards over 1 year ago and I have been denied a credit line increase 3 times. I call them request a credit line increase and they always come off with the same bullshit story. That I am not eligible due to my credit report and balance due of the card. Well I got some news. The balance is $0 and I have 2 other credit cards one from Capital One and the other from my bank and both of them had no problems giving me a credit line increase.

Now on top of all this crap they are handing me they charge me for cash advances that I did not use. Outrageous loan shark interest rates.

If anyone knows or has information about the class action law suit that was imposed on FNBM please let me know by posting an update to this report.*
