This person is been investigated for mispresentation and fraud in the state of Florida. He's going around town writing contracts on properties using other people names and corporation. He also doesn't respect any ncnd's and lies to everyone he meets about his dealings.
He doesn't know to put deals together and tries to talk himself into deals. He also tries to not pay others a fair split. He just doesn't know what he is doing.
He has also had two restraining orders against him from two different women regarding sexual harassment.
This person needs to be put down like the DOG of a WHORE he is.
He has been reported to FREC and the Mortgage Department regarding his licenses for FRAUD.
He's just a coward that thinks that he can get away with screwing people out of deals.
