This family has been very well known for their theivery in our community for a long time. They have been involved in many real estate deals that were scams and avoiding taxes.
Shafina Manji has been involved with many real estate deals and businesses that were complete scams and have gotten away with it. They have stolen from myself and our entire community.
They told lies to buy and sell homes and re-sell it with a fake mortgage and now it has been forclosed and we're now in debt and have lost our home. They have been doing fake mortgages for years in our community and no one has said a word. I would BE AWARE that this family commits fraud and will lie right to your face to make a dollar.
Our community is aware that they are committing illegal business dealings in real estate and fraud.
Fatima is one of the worst people in our community for LYING, CHEATING and STEALING. We have heard many stories of her lying, not paying taxes and receiving bribes.
They said they would fix everything and help us out but when trying to contact them about our situation they denied everything and did not even give my family the contract or papers we had signed with them.
We want them out of our church and our community.
