This fraudalent company charged my checking account for 31.98 then directed me to fraudalent email address Internet

While checking my account one evening i realized a charge of 31.98 on my checking account. I immediatedly called number my bank provided and reached a recording, then i was directed to fraudalent email address. This is was comes up on email address: "fraudulent activity" "you have confused our company with another one with a similar name" ect..
