Last year we gave bill lang of first cc a deposit on a house for lease purchase. This was supposed to be for a down payment to lease a house. The 3500.00 was supposed to go into an account and toward the purchase price of the house. He wanted it up front and told us he had an investor who was a doctor. We picked a house out and were awaiting the results when he requested we give him 3500.00 immediately. We wired him an electronic check and the money was stolen immediately. Within 1 day he stopped calling us and told us the investor backed out and could not get us another. Fine we said we want our money back. He has been giving us the run around sense that time that was 7 months ago. He says he is broke but looking into this guy I found out he is a con. He scammed a bank out of real estate for 1.6 million and has a criminal record. He operates as a big corporation but his employees are family including his wife, children. If you have ever seen "The Riches" this is his family. They are a con game. They have stolen from other people and investors as well. Do not do business with this guy!!!
