Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff

My payment got lost in the mail was charged a late fee paid it. Now they say I owe other fees never sent a bill to dispute. Told to fax or write to dispute fee don, t know what. I went from equi credit to Fairbanks sale of loan one month next lost payment late fee and other fees since call and try to fix it do right Iam told I owe no late fee then its on the next bill even when paid early told I OWE OTHER FEES They don, t seem to want to help g.S.
