Was offered a credit card and 221.95 came out on 1011/02 and still havent received the credit card yet as of today. I called today and they said give it a couple of more days to get here. I have already called them 3 times trying to find out where the package was that we have been waiting on.
The first two times was we had to wait a whole 21 days before they could track it and now today they said it should be here in a couple of days. We just want our money back that they got and no credit card has arrived yet. That was my next step was to get a refund and the customer service rep got an attitude and told me to call back and talk to someone in refunds. Its a lost cause.
