When I received this letter, I was already mistrustful of the plain white envelope with Card Processing Center in the corner. I started laughing when I read the letter since there was no contact information listed other than the address. Most reputable credit card companies provide several phone numbers for RUSH processing, questions, etc.
Guaranteed $5,000 limit Platinum Card. This is not a maybe. If my card was Guaranteed, why didn't they just mail to me to begin with??? Nice try.
I am submitting this report so others will not be caught in this trap. I have read some of the other reports and sympathize with those who lost money to these thieves. I receive quite a few of these offers and immediately report them to my local Better Business Bureau since they maintain a list of fraudulent companies as well.
