Do not make payments by phone to this company. I tried to make a payment by phone through the automated service. It never read me back my information nor did it give me a confirmation number. It kept taking me back to the previous menu when I tried to enter my information. The next day I called and talked to a real person and made my payment. The very next morning I stopped to get gas and my card was declined. I knew I had money in the bank or so I thought! I went to the bank to find out what was wrong and they had sent a payment through my bank for $125,515.00. When I called from my bank they would not help me. They said they had to wait untill the bank sent it back. The very next week they did it again for the same amount. I was told when I called that they run it through twice even though they knew it was a mistake. They did nothing to even try and help me.
