First i applied for a grant for 2500 dollars then they said they had a grant for me needed to do paper work that would cost me 12500 and now i am out of that money NEVADA

First i applied for a grant for 2500 dollars then they said they had a grant for me needed to do paper work that would cost me 12500 and now i am out of that money are they still in bussiness. The phones are disconected. So far with intrested because i had to barrow the 12500 it some were around 16,000 that i am out of. Can you help me
