In July I orderd furniture from Gatelyis www.designdining.com site. I selected BillMeLater as my approach to cost. I previously had an acct n/them-and had never had any issues. At that time the purchase was positioned, I took benefit of the a few months-delayed-funds strategy. Our furniture was designed to appear months after my purchase. I never got the da*m furniture! BML is ENTIRELY and WILLFUL violation of the OWN LEGALLY BINDING TERMS OF ASSISTANCE by continuing to invoice me for this. They can't offer any proof of this stated "termination" policy, no "reimbursement" policy, etc., and simply w/d that scam of the business Gatelys STATED there is doesn't allow it to be accurate. Plus they also can't offer me having a shipping bill, not as one showing my signature. However they say I am accountable. We will notice exactly what the Attorney Generals (in atleast 2 various claims) need to state, in addition to a judge. Iam only 4 hours from Annapolis, therefore Iam pleased to visit courtroom w/d they do not possess a knee to remain on.
