Refund owing

I've claims from AAA charge card that I've a credit due. I've required weeks. They assure me the check is within the email.

After 6 months, the credit looks on claims but I've not received payment.

I've a sizable reimbursement arriving; I've required weeks; I'm informed I'll get a check; One check was delivered; the check returned; I named again; I had been guaranteed the check was within the email in five to 7 days; Three weeks later and that I haven't gotten a check.
