This is a law firm that when I googled I also discovered has many reports filed under this website from other consumers who this firm is attempting to collect debts on. There have been no offers made to me directly from this creditor and if they are willing to settle for that then TMobile needs to send me written confirmation as such because otherwise from everything I am reading on this site there is no proof that settlement offer even came from TMobile because anybody could make that claim. I also have a settlement company in place helping me with my creditors and that they need to be contacting them anyway not me however should TMobile want to settle then it is my right to request that they put that in writing to also include that once they receive payment that will end the issue once and for all. I do not believe this law firm should be allowed to conduct themselves in this manner because they have to know that consumers have their rights and will stand up for them.
