This company advertises credit bureau reporting on their website:
4/15/08: "Your Deposit Loan is reported on the tenth of each month to Experian, Trans Union and PRBC for individual borrowers. Corporate credit is reported to Experian Business Credit and Dunn & Bradstreet. We will also verify directly with lenders, vendors, suppliers, credit repositories and credit service companies when you authorize the release of the information to them."
In many cases, they fail to report, making their product worthless for building credit. Worse yet, in the event they don't deliver what they advertise, and you ask for a refund, they steadfastly refuse citing their contract which doesn't guarantee credit bureau reporting.
That's what's known as a BAIT AND SWITCH. It's deceptive marketing and has been reported to the FTC.
Even worse, if you threaten them with a complaint, Jonathan Warren (the Preseident) uses implied threats such as "your implicit threats could be construed as obstructing our business" or "sabotaging our business" or "interfering with contractual relations." This is a very unprofessional way to handle clients who are not satisfied after spending $750 for a product that didn't affect their credit score because it was never reported.
My opinion is do not do business with this company. When things go wrong, they really don't care. They make excuses. They inconvenience you. They ignore you. Jonathan Warren uses threats to try and keep you quiet!
