I had the same problem, I was originally told I was going to be getting a 5.25% 30 year fixed rate on my loan.

I was told that the rate was locked in and guaranteed.
The loan papers had 6.75% and it was only fixed for 2 years!

I was also told not to make my mortgage payment for that month, so I was put in a very bad situation where I thought I was getting cash, and really needed it so I was told to sign the papers and they would have the rate and terms fixed.

Turns out the loan funded and it was never changed.

I tried to call but now the phone # is out of order.
How long ago did everyone else get your loans?
