JEFF WARREN Loan was for $300 and now he wants $750.00 AND DID NOT tell me of any fee's to pay etc DELAWARE

I took out a small loan online for $300.00 and was suppose to pay back $350.00 but I did not have the money at the time to pay them. Then I get an e-mail from this Mr Harris demanding me to pay $750.00. I WANTED TO KNOW WHY it was so much more money to pay his company. Now he tells me that fee's will be added more every day that I do not pay them. I think this is a RIPP-OFF and want to file a complaint against them. I asked for a settlement offer and this was DENIED.
