My story is pretty much the same as everyone elses, I have been in a lawsuit over 4 yrs, my case is in the Chicago cts, I hope all the wrong doer's read this on behalf of me and all the others. My wish is to sit infront of all involved in my case, and simply say ""IF ALL OF YOU CAN HONESTLY SAY BEFORE GOD, MYSELF AND TO YOUR OWN SOUL THAT NOTHING ILLEGAL WAS DONE, THAN EITHER TAKE MY HOUSE OR SETTLE"" THIS IS A SLOW DEATH AND DO ONE OR THE OTHER, I'AM DONE!!!
DUE to lose of jobs going overseas, and the death of a parent, We had to refi. After we got thru this, Thought I would get back on track, Boy was I wrong.
My loan closed very quick
things were not disclosed
9 days after closing every thing changed
my payoff to previous lender was not included at closing.
My LO did not tell me, he just wanted me to go to title co, and get my check which was 5000 less.
He would not let me cancel, said my 3 day recission was over etc., Can they change things after the recission is over?
I called the office of the president, Boy was that a slap in the face. THEY DON'T CARE.
My loan was re-closed on w/o me and no signature
This is a brief summary.
My mistake I assumed they could not put lies on doc's to get loans thru
inflated income, lies about employment
was told a 2 yr rate, but was 3 yrs
inflated appraisals, which one doc said I pd for, the other one was blank, I never got a copy, I hired my own appraiser, inflatted 45.000, At the time Ameriquest did appraisal I didn't think much of their amt, because my neighborhood has homes from 100.000 to 250.000 within a 1 mile radius.
I could go on and on..
I have read so many reports about peoples opinions and quotes, you should of read all the paperwork..
We can all go back and forth on that, my opioion, if they didn't lie, we should not have to read with a fine tooth comb, and when a notary comes to your home, it would take days to read all the papers.
Was told my loan was approved on appraised value of home. My credit was bad, and I knew we were in a situation we may have to sell, if I didn't get a new job, was laid off 1 week before loan appt. But was promised a certain amt of cash, was to be used for survival until a new job, or we would sell, I very much knew our situation, I even explained our situation and told him I can't get this loan, But he was a good salesman and assured me the world, after 2 yrs, refi lower your pymts bla bla bla.
The cash we were to get could of gotten us by until one or the either happened, I knew what we were facing. But it all changed after we closed.
Alls I wanted was to cancel and keep things the way they were, but was denied that.
So now many yrs later I wait, with all the counts of fraud on my loan I still wait, I stopped making pymts, I don't care anymore, they beat me down so bad, and ripped my character apart, make you out to be stupid, well I guess I'am. I have learned, NO ONE CARES, all the ones who run our country, they don't care, it's all about GREED, GREED, GREED. I try so hard to have Faith, The only solution I can come up with, is they will all face judgement BEFORE GOD ONE DAY, now it seems like there all scrambling to see how much they can make on foreclosing on our homes, We are suspose to be ONE NATION UNDER GOD, but the so called big shots, think they are GOD NOW., So all you so called GREEDY BIG SHOTS, I PRAY YOU DO THE RIGHT THING, AND MAKE THIS RIGHT WITH THE ONES YOU WRONGED, from what I'm reading there are millions in this situation.
I want the media to contact me, I want to speak to all who wronged me, Ameriquest even if you get my house, In the end you still lose. You can't take all that money to Heaven. My heart goes out to everyone facing this, God help us all.
