I worked for this broker, got there company running property for them, was the top producer, set 5 appraisals in 2 days in a down market and they let me go for no reason and said there was nothing i could do because california is an "at will state" meaning they can let some one go for any reason. Basicly they wanted to steal the loans i worked on. Then they said i would get paid on my files when they closed, Once they closed they said, the loans closed but we changed the program for the client so you wont get paid. This is not true, the client in question would not take anything but that program. They lie, they cheat clients and they steal from the employees, and hire people to do the work then fire them once they get deals going that are solid so they can keep all the money, i have hired an attorney and am working with the labor board on an investigation against the broker all because they didnt want to part with a little money that they promised to pay me.
