Richard Joaquim borrows money to keep TWISTIQUE TECHNOLOGY, his daughters company alive. The problem is he is an habitual liar and coerces people into loaning him money out of desperation. He now has 3 Trust Deed against his property. He will say he cannot use his property as collateral due to his "partners." That is a lie. He doesn't want anyone to know they'll be in 4 position.
