I realize mail takes longer to reach the west coast when you live on the east coast, so I make sure the payment is mailed two weeks before it is due. Even then, I receive phone calls every day to tell me they have not recieved my payment. Last time I told them if someone would open their mail, they would have their payment.
I have changed phone numbers to stop hearing from this company. The customer service agent always wants me to pay over the phone and they will hold the check until the date it is due. The last time I did that I got a late fee too.
I want to return the vehicle I am financing to end my relationship with this company but that would leave me without transportation to get to my new job. I regret ever signing a contract with this company.
