Rip off-Official looking certificat in the mail offering pre=approved $5,000 limit. Acceptance Certificate. Just send in the $45.00 membership fee to receive your new platinum card. Checked for phone number or company address nothing to be find. Be ware. Note: First thing came up when entered in companies name Rip off report. Thanks.
