Ali Shah, former President of Optima Funding is the biggest scam artist in the world. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother and stole 30k from her. Ali had cordinated a loan involving my mother, knowing she could not qualify for it ligitmatley. With help from his office manager Chris Howder, Ali and Chris had created fake paycheck stubs, and W2's. They asked my mother if she knew anyone who could verify employment and she said no. They took it upon themselves to create a job and everything else in that file. My mothers mortgage payment is $3400. My mother recieves only $1200 per month in social security. Needless to say when the first payment came my mother didnt have it, My mother who was once a 700 plus fico has dropped dramatically. I have voice recorded messages from Chris Howder instructing my mother on how to make fake paycheck stubs and W2's. When I called Ali to rectify the problem he brushed me off the phone and said it wasnt his problem. Ali Shah has been known for commiting fraud on numerous occasions. He has partnered himself up with a company called First Line Mortgage in Costa Mesa. Do not do business with this man
