Pre-approved me for a platinum card membership for a credit limit of10,000.00 for 37.00 dollar

I got a letter in the mail sayin i was pre-approved for a platinum card membership. A low rate 5% apr. Full details of my memebershipand it's exclusive benefits will be included with my new platium card.

This is a limit time offer and all deadlines are final. So send 37.00 by check or money order. So i did. Thinking it would be good to use to pay off some bill.

I was under the inpression it was a credit card. Until i recieved it almost a month later and read everything and look at the catalog. Then seen you had to pay more money to order anything.

There is coupon that are for savin but you also have to pay or send money for them. So i have been trying to use there web site to ask questions but it keep saying there are problems. I also have tried to call but it says they are close to call back 7am to6pm m-f central time.
