It started after my account was paid in full. The company debt my account at five different tmes, between June and August in a total amount of $875. I tried calling them to rectify the situation and was told by Ms. Watts "that they had a computer problem which activated closed accounts, and their accounting department was looking into the issue."
On several occasions I tried getting the funds put back into my account with no success. Each time I tried to get in contact with the office it became more and more difficult to reach them. I tried call ing at different times of day, when they first open, in the middle of the day and right before they closed.
All the operators were busy or the phone would just suddenly disconnect after being put on hold. I was also told on many occasions that a customer service specialist would call me back within the next business day. This happend often with no call back ever. On one occasion I was told by the operator "a customer service rep. Would call me back in five or ten minutes, " and the office closed in four minutes.
Still to this day I have not heard from nor been able to get into contact with anyone regarding this situation.
